“Obtaining the AusAID leadership scholarship has been the opportunity to put in practice and improve our leadership strategies, and define our priorities better. It’s been a challenge as women, leaders and professionals, in which the aim is to come up with strategies to encourage development and growth in our countries. All this, in a substantially multicultural and diverse environment; with people that, as us, share the same objective and commitment to generate positive long-term changes”.
