Eligible Programs
The programs must be at the Diploma or Advanced Diploma Levels.

The programs must also be CRICOS registered.
When selecting a program, applicants must make sure that it will effectively be offered in the academic year 2014, and that it has a valid CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) code. Visit www.cricos.deewr.gov.au to verify the CRICOS code of the selected courses and the contact person that can inform you about the validity of the selected courses for the academic year 2014.
An offer or acceptance letter from the institution is not required to apply for this scholarship. Once the applicants are recommended to become recipients of the AusAID Australia Awards Scholarships for Latin America, the final admission to the course selected by the applicant will be managed by an exclusive team on behalf of the applicant.
English Language Tuition
Successful applicants from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua undertaking VET programs may also be eligible to receive up to 12 months English language tuition in Australia as part of the scholarship.
