Each product has been carefully selected, and the gourmet recipes are inspired by everyday Australians fare – which is often original Italian recipes with a contemporary twist. Our kitchen team has worked in their own Chilean influence, resulting in a cosmopolitan menu with great local elements.

Our coffee shop, located in downtown Valparaíso, features two floors and a terrace with a spectacular view of Plaza Sotomayor. Jorge and Daniel, two friends and entrepreneurs met in Australia in 2008. After several years living in Melbourne, they proposed an ambitious plan - to open a chain of premium coffee shops in Chile inspired by the best cafes of Melbourne.
“ We want to bring that experience to the Chilean market, where there is a lot to be developed in terms of boutique café culture. We want to offer classic coffee based on the fresh, top quality espresso shot, accompanied by great food and a friendly environment – just like Melbourne ”. After obtaining their certificates as Café Baristas in Melbourne, they opened their first coffee shop in the heart of Valparaiso.
“ We were two entrepreneurs who discovered we had the same dream, and that was to bring new ideas to Chile. We admire Melbourne, their culture, their people and their coffee shops. We are Melbourne’s fans ”.
