Leith has over 30 years involvement in water resource management, stakeholder engagement, research and policy from farm to national government levels across urban and rural sectors. Her current roles include National Water Commissioner; Chairman of the Centre of Excellence for Water Recycling and Healthy Waterways Ltd; Board member of Murrumbidgee Irrigation Ltd, Seqwater and Isis Central Sugar Mill. In addition she is the Independent Chairman of a major reform initiative to privatise the Queensland Governments irrigation schemes and operates an irrigation, cropping and cattle farm.
