Chris Hudson has over 12 years experience as an investment principal and transaction adviser in the global funds management and infrastructure sectors. Chris currently works at KPMG Direct Investments, with responsibility for Latin America, and he advises institutional investors globally on direct investment strategies in relation to infrastructure investments. Chris is originally from Australia, where he began his career, and he has also worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Chile and Canada.

Prior to joining KPMG, Chris spent 4 years running a boutique investment advisory business in Chile, where he invested in various venture capital/private equity businesses and also provided advisory services to Australian investors in the Latin American market. Prior to that, Chris worked in the New York office of Hastings Funds Management, an Australian based infrastructure fund manager with approximately US$6 billion of assets under management. Prior to Hastings, Chris worked in the Valuations and Strategy team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne, Australia.
